This website is operated by Switchu Solutions Inc., with its registered office at 600–1285 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6H 3X8 ("SwitchU", "we", "us"), an independent Canadian business technology procurement firm. By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SwitchU provides information about business technology procurement and an advisory service: we help businesses evaluate options from third-party suppliers and coordinate procurement. Specifically:

• This website is informational and is used to start a procurement inquiry. It does not offer user accounts, logins, or subscriptions.
• We do not sell products or collect payments through this website. There are no fees, billing, or refunds associated with using it.
• Any services you ultimately purchase are provided by third-party suppliers under contracts between you (or your company) and those suppliers, on the suppliers' terms. SwitchU is not a party to those contracts.
