We pull quotes across a multi-supplier network — internet, voice, cloud, security, and connectivity — so you compare real options instead of taking the first offer.
Orders, installs, number porting, and escalations run through one desk. You deal with us, not five supplier order queues.
Your contracts go on a renewal calendar, and we look for vendor consolidation opportunities — so nothing auto-renews unseen.
How We're Paid
When you order through us, the supplier pays us a commission. You don't pay more by using SwitchU — your pricing comes from the supplier, and the commission comes out of the budget they would otherwise spend on direct sales. We say this plainly because it shapes our incentives: we get paid when you order something through us, which is exactly why our reviews include "stay where you are" as a real recommendation. A desk that pushes bad switches doesn't keep clients.
Our Relationship with Oqitor
SwitchU operates as a business technology procurement firm. Supplier access, quoting workflows, and commission administration are supported through Oqitor infrastructure. Oqitor is a partner platform; it does not sell to end customers under its own brand.
